Operations Executive

• Control and Monitor Warehouse Operations Performance.

• Communicate and Coordinate with Warehouse Service Provider.

• Communicate and Coordinate with other LOCAD departments.

• Data gathering and analysis of performance.

• Anticipate and identify risks and issues and take the necessary preventive actions and escalate to team members.

• Planning and execution of projects.
  
  

• Report Performance of assigned performance using gathered data, interpretation of the data, and the actions taken.

• Experience Level: Was a Junior Supervisor or Supervisor Level for a year from the previous job.

• Experience Background: Warehouse Operations (Inbound, Outbound, Inventory Management). Better if from an E-Commerce operation.

• Additional Competencies:

1. Data gathering and analysis

2. Presentation Skills

3. Communication skills; both written (email, chat) and verbal (face-to-face, in call)

4. Background in using Warehouse Management Systems

5. Competency in using office tools and suites (google suites, Microsoft suites, etc.)
