Supporting both our recruitment and operations teams, you'll ensure the business runs smoothly by coordinating administrative tasks, maintaining accurate systems, and helping management stay organised.

Main Responsibilities

• Support the day-to-day running of business operations.

• Coordinate recruitment activities when required.

• Maintain CRM records and operational databases.

• Update trackers and administrative reports.

• Communicate with cleaners and applicants.

• Assist management with operational tasks.

• Ensure company records remain accurate and up to date.

• Identify opportunities to improve internal processes.

You enjoy organising people, processes and information. You're naturally proactive, work well under pressure, and take pride in producing accurate work.

You'll also have:

• Excellent organisational skills.

• Strong written and verbal English.

• High attention to detail.

• Confidence using Microsoft Office & CRM systems.

• Ability to manage competing priorities.

Requirements

• Minimum 2 years' experience in administration or operations.

• Experience working with CRM or scheduling software.

• Reliable home office setup.

• Comfortable working independently.
