Accountabilities
- Provide financial leadership for AMER Operations.
- Act as the financial steward, offering analysis and recommendations to senior management.
- Supervise the financial management of three manufacturing plants ensuring alignment with targets.
- Develop clear financial strategies to support regional operational excellence.
- Drive productivity and cost-efficiency in partnership with operations.
- Measure and report on productivity KPIs and cost-saving initiatives.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in a related field, MBA preferred.
- 7+ years of relevant experience in finance operations.
- Strong analytical and strategic planning skills.
- Proven ability to influence and communicate effectively at all levels.
- Demonstrated experience in financial management within manufacturing.
