In this role, you will drive the operational performance of rental shops, ensuring excellence in service, accurate inventory control, and adherence to safety practices. Your leadership will influence a team focused on enhancing guest experiences across multiple locations, while also managing partnerships with various internal stakeholders. Accountabilities
- Drive execution of operational standards in rental workflows and service recovery
- Lead seasonal readiness and labor alignment initiatives
- Conduct structured store visits for operational assessments and continuous improvement
- Manage inventory accuracy through effective cycle counting and analysis
- Oversee equipment movement and recovery plans to maximize asset usage
- Ensure compliance with labeling and scanning standards across stores
- Analyze KPIs to identify performance gaps and develop action plans
- Coaching Store Managers to strengthen operational discipline and leadership
- Support training program rollout for employee skill development
- Promote a culture of operational excellence and communication
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
- 5 years of experience in the retail or rental industry
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications
- Fluency in spoken and written English
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Self-motivated with the ability to multi-task
- Prior supervisory experience is preferred
- Familiarity with the rental industry is a plus
