Operations Officer

XS is a licensed fast-growing Multi-Asset CFD Broker, looking to hire a dynamic Operations Officer to join our team of experts!

Responsibilities:

• Assist with product or application related inquiries.


• Helping to identify and initiate corrective action by determining the most cost-effective solution.


• Collaborate with internal teams to streamline processes and improve efficiency.


• Liase with other departments to escalate and resolve all client's issues in a timely manner.


• Execute ad hoc tasks as required to support operations and program objectives.

Requirements:

• 2+ years of experience in a similar role.


• Previous experience in FX business is a PLUS.


• Proficient Microsoft Excel user. 


• Analytical and problem-solving skills. 


• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English is a MUST. 


• Excellent analytical, interpersonal and communication skills.


• Eagerness for continuous professional development.


• High level of autonomy and trust, support of ideas and opportunity to influence directly company results.


• High-impact contribution to dynamic business at a growth phase.


• Good numerical skills.  


• Attention to detail.
