Remote Operations Specialist

Description:
Your role at Sephora... As a Remote Operations Specialist you are responsible for protecting Sephora Stores, Merchandise, and the People performing work during off-business hours. This role will utilize cameras and technology interfaces to provide access, monitor work and safety, and ensure the store is protected when work is being performed outside of Store operating hours. In addition, this team will support various Risk Management retail, logistics, and fraud functions as assigned by the Manager, Remote Operations Project.
In addition, you will:
•Review in-store camera systems to ensure all systems functioning
•Open service tickets for any non-functional tickets
•Provide daily updates on ongoing supported projects
•Partner with Loss Prevention field team on investigations and support needed
•Confirm store team access and perform exit bag check review of all workers
•Document routine checks and specific data fields for projects supported
We would love to hear from you if you have...
•Experience with retail operations or loss prevention
•Experience working in a call center or remote security office
•Familiarity with camera systems and video review
•Retail Loss Prevention
