OPERATIONS SPECIALIST (FACTORING)

What will you be doing?

• Executing daily factoring operations: verifying invoices, managing reserves, handling settlements, and processing financing advances.


• Carrying out client payments according to signed factoring, leasing, and loan agreements.


• Reviewing submitted documentation for accuracy and compliance (invoices, sales contracts, etc.).


• Supporting KYC/AML processes in collaboration with compliance and legal teams.


• Acting as a key contact point for corporate clients and guiding them through operational processes.


• Reconciling factoring accounts and preparing reports for internal and external stakeholders.


• Assisting in the rollout of new factoring and receivables financing products.


• Proactively supporting automation and improvements in operational workflows.

What will help you succeed?

• A Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, Business Administration, or a related field.


• 1–2 years of experience in banking operations, corporate finance, or receivables management.


• Familiarity with factoring or other structured working capital products is a strong advantage.


• Accuracy, strong numerical and time management skills.


• Good command of MS Excel; experience with ERP systems is a plus.


• Ability to manage multiple priorities and deliver under pressure.


• Fluency in Lithuanian and a good command of English (spoken and written).
