Oracle Fusion Manufacturing & Quality Lead

Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced Oracle Fusion Manufacturing & Quality Lead to lead the design and implementation of Oracle Fusion Manufacturing and Quality Management for a Japan implementation project. The role includes Manufacturing, Smart Operations (Redwood MES), Contract Manufacturing, Outside Processing, and Quality Inspection Management.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead the design and configuration of Oracle Fusion Manufacturing.
  

• Configure Work Definitions, Routings, Work Centers, and Machine Resources.
  

• Implement Smart Operations (Redwood MES) – Supervisor & Operator Workbenches.
  

• Configure Quality Inspection Management, including Incoming and WIP inspections.
  

• Design Contract Manufacturing and Outside Processing solutions.
  

• Conduct Fit-Gap Analysis, CRP, SIT, UAT, Go-Live, and HyperCare activities.
  

• Collaborate with Inventory, Cost Management, and Supply Chain teams for end-to-end solution delivery.
  

Requirements

Required Experience

• 6–9 years of Oracle Cloud SCM/Manufacturing implementation experience.
  

• Minimum 2 end-to-end Oracle Fusion Manufacturing implementations.
  

• Hands-on experience with Oracle Manufacturing and Quality Management.
  

• Experience with Smart Operations (Redwood MES) is preferred.
  

• Experience with new manufacturing plant setup is an advantage.
