Oracle Project Manager

Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced Oracle Project Manager to lead the day-to-day delivery of an Oracle Fusion implementation for a Japan project. The Project Manager will be responsible for project planning, scheduling, team coordination, risk management, stakeholder communication, and successful project delivery across all phases.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage the end-to-end Oracle Fusion implementation project.
  

• Prepare and maintain the project plan, schedule, and resource allocation.
  

• Lead RAID (Risks, Assumptions, Issues, and Dependencies) management and issue escalation.
  

• Coordinate onshore and offshore teams across multiple locations.
  

• Manage CRP, SIT, UAT, Training, Go-Live, and HyperCare activities.
  

• Conduct project status meetings and provide regular updates to stakeholders.
  

• Oversee change requests, cutover planning, and production deployment.
  

• Ensure project milestones are delivered on time and within scope.
  

• Collaborate with Oracle Financials, SCM, and Manufacturing teams to manage cross-functional dependencies.
  

Required Experience

• 8–12 years of IT Project Management experience.
  

• Minimum 4–5 years managing Oracle Cloud ERP/SCM implementation projects.
  

• Experience managing global onshore/offshore delivery teams.
  

• Experience in end-to-end Oracle Cloud implementation lifecycle.
  

• PMP or PRINCE2 certification is preferred.
