Join us—and be part of something that matters.  The Order Administration Representative will report into the Operations Department and will be responsible for the processing of high value customer orders. This position must work proactively with other team members to ensure the accuracy and proper format of orders for submittal. Must be independent, highly motivated, detail and deadline orientated. Position must work with Account Executives, IT, Production and Customer to ensure orders are properly planned and entered. Must be able to establish strong working relationships with all levels of management, customer point of contact, account representatives and colleagues.

Requirements

• Prepare timely and accurate customer orders in accordance with negotiated contracts, deployment plans, policies, and procedures. 
• Prepare CSV templates for customer and order uploads. 
• Produce daily, weekly and monthly reports of orders and shipments. 
• Research and respond to routine order inquires interacting with colleagues, management, Account Executives, Customers.
• Perform all other duties and responsibilities as directed by the supervisor.

Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities 

• Knowledge of purchase order, order Administration and shipping practices. 
• Strong mathematical, analytical skills and independent decision making skills required
• Ability to work under pressure, support multiple assignments, with exceptional attention to detail.
• Ability to work independently with moderate supervision; must be self-motivated and highly adaptable to change.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills 
• Ability to multitask in fast paced environment and consistently meet strict deadlines.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree in related field +2 years related experience
• Advanced Excel required. Basic understanding of Access preferred. 
• Experience with NetSuite sales order processing.
