Job Description - Outreach Specialist - Community Growth | German C1 | Backoffice, Administrative, Support, Call-Cente

Do you speak German and are looking for a meaningful job in Pristina, where you can unlock your full potential and work with a fantastic team? – Then this position is perfect for you!

At first, the role will be fully remote. However, we’re planning to open an office in Pristina. If that happens, the role will shift to hybrid or fully on-site. You’ll also have the opportunity to actively contribute to setting up the office and take on leadership responsibilities as a team and office lead.

Compensation & Start Date
  • You should be available to start in July 2025.
  • Salary ranges from €1,600 to €2,000 for a 40-hour work week. If you take on more responsibility – such as leading the team in Pristina – this can increase significantly.
  • Includes 23 vacation days, plus public holidays observed in Pristina.
  • Sick days are, of course, paid as well.

About SAWOO
SAWOO is an international, fast-growing company based in Munich with a dynamic team of around 20 people working mostly remote. We build and run communities that bring together decision-makers from large companies who support each other through collaborative learning and networking. We organize monthly in-person meetups (currently ~20/month), conferences (3/year), podcasts, and other networking opportunities for our community members. Our community members include executives from companies such as Mercedes, Porsche, Airbus, Amazon, Siemens, and many more. Our goal is to welcome two million active members by 2034.

For more information, search “SAWOO GmbH” online.You’ll support our team in building communities by actively inviting new members and event participants, primarily via LinkedIn and email. You’ll work within the LinkedIn profiles of our community hosts, manage email inboxes, and use our CRM system.

Your tasks include:
  • Sending pre-written invite messages via LinkedIn and email to promote our communities and events
  • Managing LinkedIn and email inboxes, responding to incoming messages using templates adapted to context
  • Identifying and reaching out to people interacting with our LinkedIn content
  • Maintaining and updating our CRM database
  • Communicating with community hosts and helping assign and follow up on their tasks

Your Goals
  • Reliable and error-free execution: You work with great attention to detail. Messages are error-free, and the CRM is clean and up-to-date.
  • Efficiency and drive: You work with speed and energy, sometimes sending up to 150 messages per hour while maintaining quality.
  • Professional communication: You respond quickly and kindly to messages and comments, adapting templates as needed to fit the context.
  • You are available during core working hours: Monday to Friday, 08:00 to 18:00 (local time). Exact hours can be arranged with flexibility.
  • You have several years of experience in administrative roles such as Sales Assistant, SDR, Virtual Assistant, Support Agent, Back Office, Call Center, etc.
  • You speak and write German and English fluently (at least C1 level), with strong grammar and spelling skills.
  • You are proactive, dependable, and motivated to perform at a high level.
  • You follow instructions well, enjoy working with proven processes, and are comfortable with repetitive tasks.
  • You are fast and confident when working on a computer and online.
  • You have a suitable remote work setup with stable internet and a quiet environment.
  • You are open to traveling abroad once or twice per year for company meetups.
