Willingness to travel nationally. Work schedule is four weeks on the road, one week home

• All travel and accommodation costs are covered by Guldmann including a per diem.

Key Responsibilities:

- Install overhead patient lift systems in various healthcare settings.

- Ensure project completion with a focus on safety and quality.

- Act as a trainer, coach, and mentor to both internal and external installation resources.

- Collaborate with team members to enhance installation processes and efficiency.

Skills and Qualifications:

- Experience in installation of overhead lift systems or similar equipment.

- Strong understanding of safety protocols and quality assurance practices.

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

- Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.

- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.

Education/Experience

High school diploma (minimum) and 10 years plus construction and overhead patient lift installation experience.

Physical Demands

The employee must frequently lift and/or move up to 100 pounds. Specific vision abilities required by this job include Close vision. While performing the duties of this job, the employee is frequently required to stand; walk; sit; use hands to manipulate, handle, or feel; reach with hands and arms; climb or balance; stoop, kneel, crouch, or crawl and talk or hear.
