Role Overview

We’re looking for a motivated, relationship-focused Recruiter to manage searches for packaging industry positions nationwide. You’ll identify and engage candidates, learn the details of their equipment and product experience, and support clients and candidates throughout the hiring process.

This role is a fit for someone who enjoys proactive sourcing, independence, and building expertise in a specialized industry.

What You’ll Do

  Learn each client’s packaging products, equipment, production processes, and hiring needs.

  Source candidates through direct outreach, referrals, networking, job boards, and existing relationships.

  
  


• 
  

  Screen candidates for relevant equipment experience, products, leadership background, location, compensation, and career goals.

  
  


• 
  

  Recruit for roles such as flexographic press operators, die cutter and folder gluer operators, maintenance technicians, production leaders, and packaging sales professionals.

  
  


• 
  

  Present qualified candidates and manage interviews, feedback, offers, and follow-up.

  
  


• 
  

  Build a network across flexible packaging, folding cartons, corrugated packaging, and labels.

  Keep candidate and client information organized in our ATS and recognize new hiring opportunities as relationships develop.

  
  

What We’re Looking For

Recruiting, staffing, or sales experience is preferred. Experience in packaging, manufacturing, or industrial recruiting is a strong advantage.

You should be comfortable reaching out to passive candidates, learning unfamiliar processes and equipment, managing multiple searches, and staying in close communication with clients and candidates. Strong sourcing skills, organization, professionalism, and follow-through are essential.

Compensation

Recruiters can choose between two compensation options: $400 per week for the first 90 days plus 25% commission on each placement, or 50% commission on each placement. We’ll explain both options in detail during the interview.
