Job Description - Paid Acquisition Specials

Invisablend, a leader in the Health, Wellness, and Fitness industry, is on the lookout for a detail-oriented and results-driven Paid Acquisition Specialist to join our growing marketing team. In this pivotal role, you will be responsible for developing and managing strategic paid advertising campaigns across various platforms to drive user acquisition and enhance brand visibility. Your expertise will help us identify target audiences, allocate budgets efficiently, and optimize campaigns for maximum ROI. You will collaborate closely with other marketing professionals to integrate paid acquisition strategies with broader marketing efforts, ensuring coherent messaging and outreach. Responsibilities

  • Plan, execute, and optimize paid advertising campaigns across platforms such as Google Ads, Facebook Ads, and Instagram.
  • Conduct thorough keyword research and audience targeting to ensure campaigns effectively reach potential customers.
  • Analyze campaign performance data to provide insights and recommendations for enhancements and adjustments.
  • Manage budget allocation and bidding strategies to maximize impressions and conversions.
  • Collaborate with the creative team to develop ad copy and visuals that resonate with our target audience.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in paid acquisition to continually refine strategies.
  • Report on key performance indicators (KPIs) to gauge success and effectiveness of campaigns.
  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.
  • Proven experience in managing paid acquisition campaigns, with a strong track record of driving user growth and engagement.
  • Strong analytical skills and experience with analytics tools to measure and report on campaign performance.
  • Demonstrated knowledge of SEM, PPC, and social media advertising best practices.
  • Proficiency in campaign management software, such as Google Ads Manager and Facebook Business Manager.
  • Exceptional communication skills with the ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment.
  • Passion for health and wellness and staying informed of industry trends and changes.
