• Running and optimising Meta, Google & App Store Ads
• Driving organic growth via SEO, content & email
• Testing, learning, and scaling what works
• Managing the full funnel-from awareness to conversion

Key experience for the Paid Marketing Manager:

• Has UK start-up growth /acquisition marketing experience
• Creation of MQL pipelines
• Knows how to optimising ROI from big ad spends
• Can handle a fast-paced, dynamic working environment
