Role Purpose

Executes paid ads campaigns and supports strategy; trains interns while developing campaign and communication skills.

Primary Responsibilities

  Assist with the launch and management ad campaigns across platforms (Google, Meta, TikTok, Snapchat, geofencing)

  Manage team production of keyword research, ad copywriting, campaign optimizations

  Data analysis and performance reporting fundamentals

  Mentor Interns and support senior staff

Salary Range

Work Environment and Physical Demands

  Primarily remote, with optional opportunities to collaborate in person at the Orlando, Florida office.

  Availability during core working hours as defined by their team and typically overlap with 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM Eastern time, unless otherwise defined by department leadership.
