We are seeking experienced Paid Social operators who can step into accounts immediately and drive measurable business impact.
As a Paid Social Associate, you bring strong hands-on experience managing paid social campaigns focused on ecommerce and direct response performance. You are analytical, detail-oriented, and comfortable operating directly in platform to identify optimization opportunities and improve performance. You take ownership of campaign results and thrive in fast-paced environments where speed, experimentation, and data-driven decision making are critical.
In this role, you will work directly with Jump clients and Acquisition Directors to develop and execute testing roadmaps designed to meet aggressive growth and efficiency targets. You will analyze historical performance data, identify trends and optimization opportunities, and proactively implement improvements to ensure campaigns consistently meet or exceed client KPIs.
This role requires someone who is comfortable operating independently within platforms such as Meta Ads Manager and other paid social channels while collaborating closely with internal teams and clients.
