Competitive salary between $60,000 and $70,000.

Responsibilities - Paralegal specializing in medical malpractice.

• Organization and review of case files.
• Draft and prepare pleadings.
• Manage discovery requests.
• Coordinate subpoenas and authorizations to gather medical records. Collaborate closely with our legal team.
• Summarize depositions, and analyze documents.
• Ensure that cases remain on track and meet critical deadlines. 
• Attention to detail and tech skills are needed. 

We are looking for:

• At least one (1) year of litigation experience, preferably in medical malpractice
• A solid academic background
• Strong research and writing skills
• Ability to effectively manage multiple priorities and deadlines
• Proficiency in MS Office and PDF software like Nuance Power PDF
• Experience with Bates stamping, 
• Experience with combining/separating files, and editing PDFs
