Paraplanner

Clarity Financial Advisors, a growing Ameriprise Private Wealth Advisory practice, is seeking a  Paraplanner to join our team. This role is critical in supporting our advisors and clients by ensuring timely and accurate execution of business processing activities.

We are looking for a detail-oriented professional who thrives in a fast-paced environment, is adaptable to evolving systems, and is eager to contribute to a collaborative team culture.

Key Responsibilities

• Accurately process trades, transactions, new business applications, and account maintenance.


• Ensure compliance with firm policies and regulatory requirements.


• Act as a point of contact for client service follow-ups requiring licensing knowledge.


• Support advisors with estate settlements and more complex business processing needs.


• Collaborate with colleagues to improve workflows and embrace firm systems and processes.

Qualifications

• Securities licenses preferred (Series 7 and 66 or equivalent). Candidates near completion of licensing may also be considered.


• Prior experience in financial services operations, business processing, or a similar role.


• Strong attention to detail, organizational skills, and ability to manage multiple priorities.


• Excellent communication skills and a team-oriented mindset.


• Ability to work Eastern Time business hours.

Compensation & Benefits

• Salary $75K to start

• Role may be remote or based in our Ann Arbor, MI office.


• Remote candidates must work Eastern Time business hours.
