Parent Coach

Anu’s Parent Coaching clients receive county support through Comprehensive Community Services, Children’s Long-Term Support Waiver, or the child welfare system.  Anu is searching for individuals passionate about helping families thrive to join the Parent Coaching team to serve Outagamie, Manitowoc, Winnebago, and nearby counties. 

This position is full-time. Anu offers a work environment with competitive benefits, a flexible schedule with some evening hours, a home office base, and opportunities for professional development. With this position, there is also an opportunity to earn 3,000 supervised hours to become a Licensed Professional Counselor or Licensed Clinical Social Worker.  Professionals hired for this position receive paid training via an online Parenting Coach Certification course.

Job Requirements:
Candidates will have a Bachelor’s or Master’s Degree in counseling, social work, human services, or related field, plus significant experience in child welfare or another child-related field. Preferred candidates have worked  with caregivers whose children have experienced trauma. A valid driver’s license, insurance, and reliable transportation are required for this position.
