Role Overview
We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Partner Manager to join our organization. In this role, you will report directly to the Commercial Leader and be responsible for building and nurturing strategic partnerships that drive business growth within the Web3 ecosystem, with a specific focus on blockchain payment solutions.

Key Responsibilities

  • Strategic Partnership Management:
    Establish and maintain strong relationships with key partners, including referral and reseller organizations within the Web3 space. Identify, negotiate, and execute partnership agreements that align with organizational objectives and drive revenue growth.

  • Revenue Generation:
    Develop and maintain a robust sales pipeline through partnerships, ensuring consistent achievement of sales targets. Work collaboratively with partners to secure joint wins and deliver measurable business outcomes.

  • Market Development:
    Leverage your extensive network to expand the company’s presence in the i-gaming, e-sports, Internet, and skill gaming sectors. Stay informed about market trends, emerging opportunities, and competitor activities to maintain a competitive edge.

  • Cross-Functional Collaboration:
    Work closely with internal teams to align partnership strategies with broader business goals. Provide feedback to product and development teams based on partner and market insights.

  • Representation and Advocacy:
    Represent the company at industry events, forums, and conferences, fostering awareness and strengthening relationships within the Web3 ecosystem.
