Partnerships Coordinator

Position Overview:

The Partnerships Coordinator manages core functions of the Partnerships team, including partner engagement, content creation, onboarding, operations, and event logistics. This role demands strong attention to detail, initiative and coordination across Marketing, Sales and Accounting to ensure timely, high-quality deliverables and seamless collaboration.

Responsibilities:

Client Onboarding & Communications

• Manage all onboarding tasks for new property management partners, including branding setup, affiliate page creation, HubSpot profiles, and orientation emails.
• Assist in the distribution and management of newsletter distribution ensuring prompt communication with partners. 
• Provide administrative support to the VP of Partnerships and broader team, assisting with scheduling, task management and partner communications 

Webinar & Event Coordination

• Organize and support webinars, handing logistics, hosting duties, and participant engagement. 
• Compile attendee data post-event within 24 hours for sales follow-up and coordinate event logistics, serving as the main marketing liaison for Partnerships.
• Assist with event logistics, represent LendingOne at conferences, and serve as the main Partnerships liaison to Marketing for all event coordination and needs.

Systems & Data Management

• Maintain accurate tracking spreadsheets and organized digital partner files, ensuring all key documents and client information are up to date and easily accessible.
• Update HubSpot records, run reports, and stay current with tools and processes through regular training. 

Financial Coordination

• Track partner referrals and loan activity to ensure accurate and timely referral payouts and invoice submissions.
