Sigma, Inc. is looking for a Patient Access Representative to work remotely with Beth Israel Lahey Health

Shift timings : Monday–Friday, 7:30 AM – 4:00 PM (40 hours/week)

Position Overview :
Sigma, Inc. is seeking a Remote Patient Access Representative to support Beth Israel Lahey Health. The Patient Access Coordinator is responsible for managing and coordinating referrals for behavioral health services, ensuring compliance with BILH policies, and improving workflow efficiency through accurate data collection and reporting.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage and coordinate the referral process for behavioral health clients.
  • Collect, manage, and analyze referral-related data to optimize workflow and client outcomes.
  • Ensure compliance with BILH policies and state requirements.
  • Perform patient registration and scheduling for behavioral health services using Epic and BILH systems.
  • Process claims and schedule ambulatory referrals to the COCM program.
  • Support call center operations and multitask effectively in a remote environment.

Requirements :

  • High School Diploma or GED.
  • Epic experience required; training provided for BILH behavioral health registration and scheduling.
  • This position will require the candidate to work remotely on BILH behavioral health services registration.
  • Claims processing and scheduling experience required.
  • Strong computer skills and ability to multitask.
  • Must be separated from BILH for 6+ months (applicable to permanent, contract, or per diem employees).
