Overview

We are seeking a dedicated professional to join our team at Chefman. In this position, you will be responsible for managing payroll processes, ensuring accurate and timely compensation for our employees. You will play a crucial role in maintaining employee satisfaction through effective payroll management.

Key Responsibilities

• Process payroll on a bi-weekly basis, ensuring accuracy and compliance with relevant laws.
• Maintain payroll records and update employee information in the payroll system.
• Resolve payroll discrepancies and respond to employee inquiries regarding pay.
• Prepare and distribute payroll reports as required.
• Assist in the implementation of payroll policies and procedures.

Requirements

• Proven experience in a payroll processing role.
• Strong knowledge of payroll software and systems.
• Excellent attention to detail and accuracy.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines.
• Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.

Nice to have

• Experience in a fast-paced environment.
• Knowledge of relevant labour laws and regulations.
