Overview

We are seeking a skilled professional to oversee the payroll function within our organisation. This position plays a critical role in ensuring that employees are compensated accurately and on time while adhering to all relevant regulations and policies.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage the end-to-end payroll process, ensuring accuracy and compliance with legal requirements.
• Supervise the payroll team, providing guidance and support to ensure efficient operations.
• Develop and implement payroll policies and procedures to enhance efficiency and accuracy.
• Prepare and analyse payroll reports, providing insights to management on trends and discrepancies.
• Collaborate with HR and finance departments to ensure alignment on employee data and financial reporting.
• Stay updated on changes in employment legislation and payroll best practices.

Requirements

• Proven experience in payroll management or a similar role.
• Strong knowledge of payroll systems and relevant legislation.
• Excellent attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to manage and lead a team effectively.
• Strong analytical and organisational skills.
