Payroll Specialist with German

Are you ready to build the primary care platform of the future by becoming an integral part of Patient21's in-house Payroll Team?

• You will support the preparation of monthly payroll in collaboration with the team
• You will handle payroll for your own set group of practices
• You will update and maintain all employee master data in our HR software (Personio)
• You will answer inquiries from our colleagues regarding payroll
• You will assist with general phone and written correspondence, e.g., with health insurance providers, insurance companies, and government offices
• You will be responsible for managing official reporting and certification processes.
• You will participate in projects (e.g., process optimization, introduction of employee benefits, and more)

• You have successfully completed a commercial (business-related) studies or possess a comparable qualification
• Solid professional experience in the above-mentioned tasks
• Experience with Personio and DATEV (Payroll & Salary) is an advantage
• You enjoy administrative and office organization tasks
• You are communicative, open-minded, and service-oriented, and you work independently and with a strong sense of responsibility
• Enjoy working in a team
• Fluent in German, at least level C1
