Role Overview: We're seeking a motivated Occupational Therapist to join our team in a virtual capacity to help cover school-based contracts and outpatient needs. You'll provide high-quality, evidence-based therapy to pediatric clients, with a focus on school-age children receiving services online.
Schedule: Full-time or Part-time
This position follows the school calendars of the districts we partner with, aligning with school hours and days. Summers and school breaks are unpaid, making the role ideal for someone seeking a consistent, structured schedule that complements the school year.
Compensation: This is a per-session role with no guarantee for hours or sessions.
Sign On Bonus: $5,000.00 for Full-time, $2,500.00 for Part-time

Requirements
Key Responsibilities:
Evaluate and treat pediatric clients (ages 0-21) in a virtual setting
Deliver therapy services to online school students, following goals and services in their Individualized Education Plan (IEP)
Complete evaluation reports, progress reports, and daily session notes efficiently and on time
Requirements:
Licensed to practice Occupational Therapy in the states of Arizona and Colorado prior to start date in August 2026
Colorado Department of Education (CDE) license to provide services in the school setting
Experience with teletherapy platforms is a plus but not required
