In this role, you will be at the forefront of our operations, playing a critical part in enhancing our people and business functions. Accountabilities
- Drive end-to-end recruiting for select roles, partnering closely with hiring managers
- Coordinate interviews, candidate communication, scheduling, and logistics
- Manage job postings, ATS workflows, and talent data
- Deliver a thoughtful, inclusive world-class candidate experience
- Serve as the first point of contact for HR-related inquiries
- Support onboarding, offboarding, and people lifecycle processes
- Assist with benefits administration, policy updates, and compliance tasks
- Provide administrative and operational support for core business functions
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree
- 5+ years recruiting experience in a fast-paced global start-up
- 2+ years People Ops generalist experience
- Working knowledge of invoice processing and operational processes
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
- Excellent communication skills with a high level of emotional intelligence
- Outstanding problem-solving skills and creative solution development
- Proven track record of accountability and high-quality work in a team-centric environment
