We are looking for a dynamic People and Culture Assistant is responsible for maintaining accurate team member time records, managing attendance tracking systems, and ensuring proper documentation of team member’s information. The role supports operational HR processes by ensuring compliance with company policies, maintaining team member data integrity, and assisting with administrative HR functions related to workforce management.
The role also supports the maintenance and smooth operation of HR-related systems, ensuring timely updates, data accuracy, and assisting team members with system-related queries where required. Additionally, the role involves supporting early morning operational monitoring by reviewing team member logins, tracking attendance in relevant systems, and proactively informing the Customer Success team of any delays or discrepancies to ensure accurate reporting and seamless coordination with clients.
