In 2026, the Financial Times named Wire Salad one of Europe's fastest-growing companies. We build brands and apps across fitness, skincare, human health, and pet health - products used by real people, every day, across many markets.

This is a craft role with a performance brain.
You'll be creating static visuals that don't just look good - they convert. Working across multiple brands and markets, you'll bring the creative instinct to make something scroll-stopping and the analytical mindset to understand why it worked (or didn't).

The problem you're solving:
Across our brands, we're constantly testing new creatives, entering new markets, and iterating on what's working. Someone needs to produce high-quality static assets quickly, consistently, and with a sharp eye for what actually performs. That's you.

What you'll actually do:

• Create high-converting static ads - design eye-catching, performance-focused ad creatives optimised for social media platforms like Meta, TikTok, and YouTube that drive real results.


• Iterate fast - produce multiple variations of creatives, testing different visual angles, copy placements, and design approaches based on what the data is telling us.


• Maintain visual consistency - keep our brands looking sharp and on-point across every format, market, and platform - no matter how fast things are moving.


• Collaborate on creative strategy - work closely with the media buying and creative strategy teams to translate performance insights and market trends into winning visuals.


• Support across the funnel - design everything from ad thumbnails and landing page assets to product imagery and social content, wherever the team needs a creative hand.
  
  

Requirements:

• Solid experience with Adobe Photoshop and/or Illustrator - you know your way around the tools and can work quickly without cutting corners.


• A strong portfolio showcasing static ad creatives, social assets, or direct-response marketing visuals.


• Performance-driven mindset - you understand that great design in our world means design that converts, not just design that looks pretty.


• Sharp eye for detail - visual consistency, typography, spacing, and colour are things you genuinely care about.


• Ability to work across multiple brands and projects at once without losing quality or momentum.


• AI-curious - you're already using AI tools to speed up your workflow and you're keen to keep exploring what's possible.


• Fluent English, written and spoken.
  
  

Nice to have:

• Experience with motion graphics or basic video editing - the ability to tweak or animate a static asset is a big plus.


• Trend-aware - you spend time on Instagram and TikTok and have a natural sense of what visual styles are gaining traction before they go mainstream.


• Familiarity with performance marketing and how creative decisions connect to ad metrics.

Financial Remuneration

The salary range for this position starts at 1200 EUR to 1500 EUR Net per month.
