About the Role

We are looking for a Performance Marketing Specialist to own the paid media, analytics, and lead-gen infrastructure that turns ad spend into a predictable pipeline of qualified homeowners.
This role sits at the intersection of paid media, data, and AI-led execution. It is part media buyer, part analyst, part systems builder.

What you’ll do

• Manage weekly Google and Meta advertising budgets


• Launch and optimize lead generation campaigns


• Monitor SEO/AEO performance and keyword trends


• Analyze campaign performance and generate actionable recommendations


• Integrate insights from multiple marketing platforms into one business view


• Recommend improvements to creatives, targeting, campaign structure, and budget allocation


• Work closely with the creative team by providing performance insights


• Stay updated on Google and Meta platform releases and AI developments

• Qualified leads generated

What You Bring

3–5 years in performance marketing and growth ops, with in-depth hands-on experience with Google Ecosystem (Ads Manager, Search – SEO / AEO incl. GA4-type analytics) and Meta Business Suite & Analytics. Staying up to date on the latest AI developments across 
these platforms, including HubSpot CRM integration.

Comfortable owning a business outcome (not just in-process metrics) with a strong bias to execution.

What Success Looks Like:

•  Total volume of leads generated, and volume of qualified leads delivered as per aligned growth plan 
•  Ensure the conversion rates are ahead of benchmarks in each platform 
•  Cost per Lead (CPL) and Cost per qualified Lead (CPQL) monitored regularly as we scale
