We’re currently seeking an ambitious Performance Video Editor to engineer high-converting video ads that stop the scroll, drive engagement, and scale our global direct-to-consumer (DTC) brands.

Responsibilities

• Create High-Converting Ads: Edit dynamic, high-impact video ads optimized for social media platforms (Meta, TikTok, YouTube, etc.) that directly drive conversions.


• Rapid Iteration & Testing: Produce multiple ad variations by testing different hooks, pacing, CTA elements, and visual angles based on creative performance data. 


• Visual Storytelling: Master the first 3 seconds of a video - crafting compelling hooks, seamless transitions, dynamic text animations, and precise audio synchronization.


• Collaborate on Strategy: Work closely with the media buying and creative strategy teams to translate performance data and market trends into winning video creatives.
  
  

Requirements

• Editing Software Mastery: Proficiency in Adobe Premiere Pro and/or Adobe After Effects, with a strong understanding of motion graphics, typography, and pacing.


• Performance-Driven Mindset: A keen understanding of what makes a video perform well on social media (hooks, pacing, emotional triggers, and clear CTAs).


• Data-Inspired Creativity: Ability to take feedback from analytics platforms and quickly turn insights into winning video iterations.


• Detail & Speed Balance: Meticulous attention to detail regarding visual consistency, mixed with the ability to work efficiently across multiple products and project pipelines.


• Strong Portfolio: A proven track record or portfolio showcasing high-energy video ads, short-form content, or direct-response marketing assets.

• AI-First Workflow: Use of AI tools for rapid prototyping, background removal, upscaling, automated voiceovers, or workflow automation.


• Graphic Design Skills: Ability to quickly tweak static assets, edit images, or design ad thumbnails.

Financial Remuneration

The salary range for this position is 1100 EUR to 1300 EUR Net per month. Exceptional candidates with a proven, data-backed portfolio of winning ads are welcome to negotiate a higher starting package.
