We’re looking for a Personal Injury Case Manager who is passionate about client care, thrives in a fast-paced environment, and wants to make an impact.
What You’ll Be Doing
- Contact new clients within 24 hours of assignment
- Review and complete documentation; gather missing items
- Coordinate medical treatment and ensure ongoing care
- Maintain active, updated notes in Litify at each stage
- Communicate regularly with clients (minimum biweekly)
- Interface with insurance adjusters, medical providers, lienholders
- Assist with property damage, MedPay, and rental claims
- File government claims and calendar key deadlines
- Partner with attorneys and records staff on Serious Injury cases
- Draft PPE summaries and assist with settlement preparation
- Advise clients on lost wages, credit issues, and case expectations
- Support negotiations under attorney direction as needed
- Encourage clients to share their experience via positive reviews
- Uphold the highest standards of professionalism and service
What You Bring
- 2+ years of personal injury case management experience
- Strong communication and time management skills
- Solid understanding of insurance and medical billing processes
- Tech-savvy with Microsoft Office; Litify experience preferred
- Ability to manage multiple cases with empathy and efficiency
- Team-first attitude and professional demeanor
