| POSITION PURPOSE |
| Responsible for leading and managing pharmacy technician operations, including oversight of medical management functions (utilization management, pharmacy management, and care coordination). Ensures compliance with organizational policies, state and federal regulations, and supports strategic initiatives to improve pharmacy services. Provides leadership, mentorship, and performance management for pharmacy technician staff. |
