Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Placement Mentor to prepare candidates for successful employment by providing career guidance, placement support, and job readiness training. The mentor will assist participants in resume preparation, interview readiness, job search strategies, and connecting with potential employers to improve placement outcomes.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct placement readiness and employability training sessions.
  
• Guide participants on resume writing, job applications, and interview preparation.
  
• Conduct mock interviews and provide constructive feedback.
  
• Assist candidates in identifying suitable job opportunities and career paths.
  
• Coordinate with employers and placement partners to facilitate candidate placements.
  
• Monitor placement progress and maintain placement -related records.
  
• Prepare reports and provide regular updates on placement activities.
  

Required Skills

• Strong knowledge of recruitment and placement processes.
  
• Excellent communication, mentoring, and interpersonal skills.
  
• Experience in career counseling and employability training.
  
• Ability to build relationships with employers and placement partners.
  

Educational Qualification

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Education, or any relevant discipline.
  
• Certification in Career Coaching, Employability Skills, or Human Resources is preferred.
  

Experience

• Minimum 2–5 years of experience in placement coordination, talent acquisition, career counseling, employability training, or HR.
