About the Opportunity

Role & Responsibilities
- Installing and repairing water supply, drainage, and sanitary systems.
- Fitting and fixing pipes, taps, toilets, water heaters, tanks, and pumps.
- Locating and repairing leaks and blockages.
- Reading basic drawings and working to specifications.
- Estimating materials and reporting on completed work.
- Following site safety rules and leaving work areas clean.

Skills & Qualifications
Must-Have
- 3+ years of professional plumbing experience.
- Trade certification or apprenticeship training (e.g., NVTI or City & Guilds), or equivalent proven experience.
- Experience with both installation and repair work.
- Own basic plumbing tools.
- Ability to read simple plans and measurements.
- Ability to communicate clearly in English with supervisors and clients.
- Right to work in Ghana or Nigeria.
- Willingness to work across different project sites and locations.

Preferred
- Experience with boreholes, pumps, solar water heating, or large scale piping systems.
- Experience on construction or facilities maintenance projects.
- Welding or pipe fitting skills.
- Basic customer service skills for client-facing work.
