Key Responsibilities

• Provide excellent customer service to Polish-speaking clients across various communication channels including phone, email, and chat.
• Assist customers with inquiries, order processing, and problem resolution to ensure satisfaction.
• Handle and resolve customer complaints professionally and efficiently.
• Maintain accurate records of all customer interactions within the CRM system.
• Collaborate with internal teams to improve service quality and address recurring issues.
• Stay updated on product information and industry trends relevant to the company's services.

• Fluency in Polish (both written and spoken) is essential; knowledge of English is an advantage.
• Previous experience in customer service or related roles is preferred.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills to effectively engage with customers.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and a customer-focused attitude.
• Familiarity with CRM software and basic computer skills.
• Willingness to relocate to Greece; relocation costs are fully covered.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
