Key Responsibilities

• Provide outstanding customer support in Polish through multiple channels, including phone, email, and live chat.
• Assist customers by addressing inquiries related to products, services, and account issues with promptness and accuracy.
• Document and track customer interactions diligently in our CRM system.
• Resolve customer complaints efficiently and effectively, ensuring a satisfactory outcome.
• Work closely with your team to maintain high service standards and share best practices.
• Stay informed about product offerings and company policies to provide accurate information to customers.

• Fluency in Polish (both spoken and written) is required; knowledge of English is beneficial.
• Previous experience in a customer service role is highly desirable.
• Exceptional communication skills with a focus on customer satisfaction.
• Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
• Familiarity with CRM software and other customer support tools is a plus.
