Portfolio Innovation Manager AI, Data Analytics & Data Management

The Portfolio Innovation Manager plays a critical role in shaping the future of our AI-driven and data-centric solutions. As part of the Product Management team, you will spearhead initiatives that enhance data management, optimize analytics, and integrate AI-driven decision-making tools into our product portfolio. You will work at the intersection of technology, strategy, and business, ensuring our solutions remain at the forefront of innovation in terminal management, supply chain optimization, and operational intelligence.

• Drive AI & Data Strategy: Lead the adoption of AI, data analytics, and automation across our product portfolio to enhance decision-making, efficiency, and operational intelligence.
• Innovate with Microsoft Technologies: Oversee the integration of AI-driven functionalities using Microsoft Copilot, Azure AI, Power BI, and Dynamics 365 to optimize data-driven workflows.
•  Enhance Data Management & Analytics: Develop and implement cutting-edge data management strategies, ensuring seamless integration of structured and unstructured data across platforms.
• Lead Innovation Roadmap: Define and execute the innovation roadmap for AI, analytics, and data-driven enhancements within our terminal management solutions.
• Optimize Data-Driven Decision Making: Work with cross-functional teams to develop AI-powered predictive analytics and real-time data processing capabilities.
• Collaborate with Microsoft & Tech Partners: Build and maintain strategic partnerships with Microsoft and other technology providers to leverage the latest in AI and cloud innovations.
• Guide Cross-Functional Teams: Lead cross-functional teams, providing expertise on AI, analytics, and cloud technologies to align with business needs and industry trends.
• Ensure Compliance & Data Security: Establish best practices for data governance, GDPR compliance, security, and ethical AI usage in product development.

• A PhD. degree in Data Science, Computer Science, AI, Business Informatics, or a related field.
• Minimum 10 years of experience in AI, data analytics, and data management, with a strong focus on Microsoft ecosystem technologies.
• Proven experience in AI-driven business process automation, machine learning, and predictive analytics.
•  Deep understanding of Microsoft Dynamics 365, Power Platform, Azure AI, and data management frameworks.
• Strong expertise in data integration, API management, and cloud-based architectures.
• Hands-on experience with big data processing, real-time analytics, and data visualization tools (e.g., Power BI, Databricks, Synapse Analytics).
• Familiarity with Infrastructure as Code (IaC), CI/CD pipelines, and DevOps methodologies.
• Experience working with cross-functional teams and managing AI/analytics-driven projects at scale.
• Knowledge of data governance, compliance, and AI ethics.
• Strong leadership, strategic thinking, and project management skills.
• Excellent communication skills in English.
• Relevant certifications in AI, data analytics, or cloud platforms are a plus.
