Job Description - Portuguese Speaking Customer Service for Energy Company in Greece

Mercier Consultancy MD is pleased to offer a fantastic opportunity for Portuguese Speaking Customer Service Representatives for an Energy Company based in Greece. This role is perfect for individuals who are passionate about providing exceptional customer support in the energy sector. As a representative, you will assist customers in navigating their inquiries and concerns, all while effectively communicating in Portuguese.


Key Responsibilities

  • Manage customer inquiries related to energy services, products, and billing via phone, email, and chat in Portuguese.
  • Provide detailed information on energy plans, pricing, and usage options to customers.
  • Assist customers with account management, service subscriptions, and payment inquiries.
  • Resolve customer complaints and issues promptly, ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction.
  • Document all interactions accurately in the CRM system for record-keeping and follow-up.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to improve service delivery and customer experiences.
  • Stay informed about the latest developments in the energy sector to offer relevant support to customers.
  • Fluency in Portuguese (both written and spoken) is essential; knowledge of English or Greek is a plus.
  • Experience in customer service, preferably within the energy or utilities sector.
  • Strong communication skills with the ability to explain complex information clearly.
  • Excellent problem-solving abilities and a customer-centric approach.
  • Ability to manage multiple inquiries and prioritize tasks effectively.
  • Familiarity with CRM software and other customer support tools.
  • Willingness to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends, if required.
