You will assist Portuguese-speaking customers in navigating their Fitbit products, ensuring they have the best possible experience while achieving their health and wellness goals.

Key Responsibilities

• Deliver exceptional customer support to Portuguese-speaking clients through various channels, including phone, email, and chat.
• Assist customers with product setup, troubleshooting, and inquiries regarding features and functionalities.
• Provide knowledgeable guidance on health tracking, device synchronization, and app usage.
• Maintain accurate documentation of customer interactions and resolutions in our CRM system.
• Collaborate with technical teams to resolve complex customer issues that require further investigation.
• Stay updated on Fitbit product developments and health tracking trends to enhance customer service.

• Fluency in Portuguese (both written and spoken) is required; knowledge of English is advantageous.
• Experience in customer support or service, particularly in technology or health-related products, is preferred.
• Strong analytical and troubleshooting skills, enabling effective assistance to customers.
• Excellent communication abilities, with a focus on fostering a positive customer experience.
• Familiarity with CRM systems and digital communication tools is a plus.
• Self-motivated with effective time management skills and the ability to work remotely.
