Become the driving force behind Post‑Collection data excellence as a Post‑Collection Data Manager, leading a remote team and ensuring the accuracy, consistency, and readiness of all operational data across the Area. In this role, you’ll partner closely with key leaders—including the Operations Improvement team, Operations Analysts, and Post‑Collection Product Owners—to standardize processes, strengthen data quality, and prepare critical datasets for upcoming Road Map initiatives.
You’ll oversee daily data validation, guide performance and skill development, and collaborate across functions to answer the essential question: “What data is needed to make this project a success?” With exposure to systems like EMAP, MAS, OPUS, Kronos, Power BI, and more, this role blends leadership, strategy, and operational impact—ideal for a manager who thrives in a fast‑moving, cross‑functional environment.

This Area level position is responsible for the daily management of the remote data specialist team. Additionally, the Post Collection Data Manager is responsible for the quality and accuracy of all daily operational data within the Area. This job will require travel approximately 10% of the time.
