About the Role

We seek a Power BI Architect who will design, build, and optimize data visualization tools that empower public-sector and non-profit leaders to make smarter, data-driven decisions. In this role, you will work with complex and varied datasets, build relationships across disparate files, and develop clean, reliable data models that are ready for analysis.

Work Set-up: 100% Work from home 

Work Schedule: Day Shift - 9:00 AM to 6:00 PM PH time

Note: During the initial training period (approximately 2–3 months), the work schedule will be 6:00 AM to 3:00 PM Philippine Time. Upon successful completion of the training phase, the schedule will transition to 9:00 AM to 6:00 PM Philippine Time.

What You’ll Do (Duties and Responsibilities)

• Driven to create best-in-class visualizations and analysis with rigorous attention to detail

• Works effectively with diverse internal and external stakeholders

• Skilled in creating data visualizations using business intelligence software, ideally with experience in Power BI (strongly preferred) and/or significant experience with Tableau.


• At least three years of experience in a role focused on data analysis including SQL/relational databases; three or more years preferred


• Experience working with data sets in various conditions/formats and which require building relationships across disparate files to create a comprehensive data model


• Skilled in cleaning, standardizing, filtering, and transforming data to create datasets ready to be analyzed and displayed graphically


• Understands what makes for a compelling visualization, can “tell a story” using data, and can draw insights from large datasets

• Experience with Python (Pandas or Polars) for data analysis, automation, or data processing.


• Proficiency with SQL beyond core data querying, including writing optimized and complex queries.


• Experience using Git Version Control (e.g., GitHub, GitLab, or Bitbucket) for source code management and collaboration.
