This role serves as a vital link between our partner's innovative hybrid-cloud automation platform and its clients. As the technical champion, you'll leverage your expertise to engage with sales teams and customers, driving adoption and facilitating proof-of-concept demonstrations. Your insights will be crucial for developing tailored solutions that meet client needs, ensuring a seamless integration of cloud technologies while fostering continuous improvement in service delivery.
Accountabilities
- Engage with customers to map their needs and strategies with the platform's capabilities.
- Deliver technical presentations and live demonstrations highlighting the benefits of the solution.
- Collaborate with sales teams to position the platform in winning business opportunities.
- Develop solution-level proposals and business models.
- Provide valuable field feedback to enhance product and enablement content.
- Stay current with industry trends and emerging technologies.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, IT, or related field.
- 4-8 years of experience in IT infrastructure, cloud, or hybrid-cloud automation.
- Hands-on experience with orchestration platforms and major hypervisors.
- Strong background in designing and operating cloud architectures.
- Familiarity with Linux, Windows OS, networking, and storage solutions.
- Experience with automation tools such as PowerShell, Ansible, or Terraform.
