Job Summary

KDCI Outsourcing is seeking a Presentation Designer to support the business development team in securing new opportunities through high-quality, insight-driven presentation and proposal support. This role focuses on analyzing RFPs and RFIs, conducting research, and transforming insights into compelling presentations and pitch materials. The Presentation Designer collaborates closely with cross-functional and global teams to ensure timely, accurate, and visually engaging deliverables that support client acquisition and growth.

The ideal candidate is analytical, detail-oriented, and skilled at translating complex information into clear, persuasive visual presentations.

Key Responsibilities

  • Analyze RFPs, RFIs, and other pre-contract materials to understand client needs and requirements.

  • Conduct market and client research to support proposal and presentation development.

  • Identify insights and strategies that support converting prospects into clients.

  • Design, create, and optimize presentations, pitch decks, and proposal visuals to improve client experience and communication clarity.

  • Collaborate with sales, marketing, and global teams to ensure timely and high-quality deliverables.

  • Maintain and update presentation templates, case studies, and proposal assets to ensure consistency and efficiency.

  • Identify trends in winning RFPs and presentations and provide feedback to improve processes and design strategies.

  • Strong organizational and communication skills with the ability to collaborate effectively across teams.

  • Highly analytical with excellent attention to detail and the ability to interpret information for presentations and submissions.

  • Creative ability to design visually compelling pitch decks and presentations that clearly communicate solutions.

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office or Google Workspace, particularly presentation tools.

  • Strong writing and editing skills to support accurate and persuasive content.

  • Ability to work independently, manage multiple priorities, and meet deadlines consistently.

  • Positive, solutions-oriented mindset with a commitment to continuous improvement.
