Role Overview

We’re looking for a motivated, relationship-focused Recruiter to manage searches for printing industry positions nationwide. You’ll source and screen candidates, present qualified people to clients, and guide both sides through interviews and offers.

This role is a fit for someone who enjoys proactive outreach, independence, and building expertise in a specialized industry.

What You’ll Do

  Learn each client’s equipment, production environment, hiring needs, and expectations.

  Source candidates through direct outreach, referrals, networking, job boards, and existing relationships.

  
  


• 
  

  Speak with candidates about their equipment experience, career goals, compensation, location, and availability.

  Recruit for roles such as sheetfed and web press operators, press assistants, bindery operators, maintenance technicians, production managers, and print sales professionals.

  Present qualified candidates and coordinate interviews, feedback, offers, and follow-up.

  Build a lasting network of printing professionals and maintain accurate records in our ATS.

  Recognize additional hiring needs and business opportunities as relationships develop.

  
  

What We’re Looking For

Recruiting, staffing, or sales experience is preferred. Printing industry knowledge is a strong advantage, especially familiarity with offset, digital, web printing, bindery, or print production.

You should be comfortable reaching out to people who aren’t actively applying, asking thoughtful questions, managing several searches at once, and following through consistently. Strong communication, organization, sound judgment, and respect for candidate confidentiality are essential.

Compensation

Recruiters can choose between two compensation options: $400 per week for the first 90 days plus 25% commission on each placement, or 50% commission on each placement. We’ll explain both options in detail during the interview.
