In this role, you will play a critical part in enhancing the customer experience by providing essential lending services that empower individuals to achieve homeownership. You will be instrumental in developing and delivering a strategic roadmap for various products in the real estate market. As a trusted advisor, you will collaborate closely with business leaders to define product vision and ensure competitive advantage. Accountabilities
- Conduct market research to understand industry trends and competitive landscape.
- Support the entire product lifecycle, emphasizing upfront discovery and analysis of new ideas.
- Communicate and promote product vision and strategy to various stakeholders.
- Collaborate with product managers and business stakeholders for effective product delivery.
- Monitor and report on product success, identifying areas for improvement.
- Support the definition of product vision, goals, and objectives.
- Contribute to the development of a business and technology product roadmap.
Requirements
- 5+ years of project experience in strategy development and management consulting.
- 5+ years in residential mortgage banking with knowledge of product pricing and capital markets.
- Experience working in an Agile development environment.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- High proficiency with Microsoft Office suite.
- Demonstrated commitment to continuous improvement and achieving business value.
- Bachelor's Degree or higher preferred.
