  • Write and maintain clear, accurate product titles and descriptions with guidance from the Ecommerce and Marketing teams.

  • Help ensure products are correctly categorized so customers can easily find the right parts.

  • Support new product launches by collecting, organizing, and publishing required listing information.

  • Perform routine checks and audits to help maintain listing accuracy, brand consistency, and completeness.

  • Document processes and help maintain standard operating procedures for product listing and catalog updates.

  • Collaborate with Marketing, Customer Service, Operations, and Product teams to help resolve product listing questions or issues.

  • Support marketplace listings and content updates in a timely manner.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in a related field.

  • Self-motivated with a strong sense of ownership over assigned tasks.

  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy when working with data, content, and systems.

  • Proficient computer skills and comfort with learning new software tools and workflows.

  • Interest in learning ecommerce and merchandising operations.

  • Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple tasks while meeting deadlines.

  • Comfortable working with spreadsheets or data tools such as Google Sheets or Excel.

  • Ability to think independently, troubleshoot issues, and adapt solutions as challenges arise.

  • Thrives while working independently, and also while being part of a collaborative team.

  • Willingness to learn and follow established processes, while also asking questions and looking for ways to increase efficiency.

  • Flexible and adaptable—able to quickly adjust to new tasks, processes, and priorities.

  • Excellent written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills, with the ability to collaborate cross-functionally.
