Job Overview:

looking for a passionate Product Management professional with 1-5 years of experience who thrives at the intersection of technology, business, and social impact. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to conceptualize, build, and scale digital products that support our consulting and employability-focused initiatives.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Define and drive the product vision, roadmap, and strategy aligned with company goals
• Collaborate with engineering, design, and business teams to deliver user-centric features
• Conduct market and user research to identify product opportunities and pain points

• Develop and prioritize user stories, requirements, and backlogs

• Coordinate and facilitate sprint planning, reviews, and retrospectives

• Measure product performance using data, analytics, and feedback

• Engage with stakeholders to ensure alignment and clear communication

• Support the product lifecycle from ideation to release and iteration

Required Skills:

• 1-5 years of experience in Product Management, Business Analysis, or related roles
• Strong communication, stakeholder management, and documentation skills
• Hands-on experience with Jira, Trello, Notion, or similar tools
• Ability to balance user needs, technical feasibility, and business goals
• Basic knowledge of UI/UX design and wireframing tools 
• Exposure to analytics tools 
• Background in ed-tech, social impact, or consulting platforms
• Familiarity with basic SQL or APIs is a plus

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Business, or a related field (MBA is a plus)
• Passionate about building products that drive social impact and inclusivity

• Strong problem-solving mindset and curiosity to learn and grow
