Accountabilities
- Own the roadmap and sprint pipeline across mobile and web.
- Lead agile ceremonies such as standups, sprint planning, retros, and QA.
- Define and track metrics frameworks to measure progress against OKRs.
- Conduct user interviews and concept testing to gather valuable insights.
- Translate user feedback into actionable product hypotheses and solutions.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment on product quality.
- Uphold high standards of design and craftsmanship across all features.
Requirements
- 3–6 years of experience in product management, preferably in consumer or marketplace products.
- Familiarity with tools like Linear, Notion, Amplitude, and Loom.
- Strong analytical skills and ability to translate data into actionable insights.
- Experience leading cross-functional teams and driving product execution.
- Passion for fitness, community, and building high-quality products.
- Knowledge of AI tools and systems is a plus.
